Shipping and Processing times.

The processing times are between 2 -4 business days.
This means your order is packaged up and shipped from the post office within this time.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracked shipping.
You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email.

  • 1 -2 business days within Victoria.

  • 2 -6 business days to other states within Australia.

  • 3 - 10 business days for the rest of the world.


We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them, since it's the responsibility of the shipping service company. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.


Black Peach is not responsible for stolen/lost items in shipment.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes and duties in their own country. If your item has not arrived in the estimated delivery time please contact us, external factors such as defective postage service, weather etc are out of our control. We will calmly work out a solution with you if something goes wrong.

 

 



Returns.
 

We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. 
Request a cancellation before item is shipped.


Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective*:
• Custom or personalised orders.
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
 

*Proof the packaging wasn't damaged by the postal service themselves must be sent to us.
