Accepted Payments 
 

We provide three options: PayPal Express Checkout payments and direct payment by card via Square. We now also accept payments via Afterpay.




Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.

We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. 
Request a cancellation before item is shipped.


Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective*:
• Custom or personalised orders.
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
 

*Proof the packaging wasn't damaged by the postal service themselves must be sent to us.


Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted if:
• The wrong product was sent.
• The product was damaged or defective*


The following items cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective:
• Custom or personalised orders.

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

*Proof the packaging wasn't damaged by the postal service themselves must be sent to us. If your parcel has been damaged during the delivery process please contact your local Postal Office and report it.

When parcels are returned to us:
If the post office returns your package to us because nobody claimed it, or the wrong address was given to us, you will have to wait until the package is returned to us and then:
• You will cover the shipping cost for us to send it again if you still want to receive your order.
• If you don't want your order anymore we will refund the cost of the product(s) only, not the shipping cost.
